Need advice please

I have been reading the rejected visas cases just for no reason or small reason.
I have a question. My Brother in law is in US and he needs a kidney transplantation as per the surgeons. . His mother in India is ready to donate and he is sending the visa papers to his parents. My question is can his parents tell in the interview in US consulate that they are coming to donate the kidney, or should they tell them that it is pleasure trip.. Please advise. Thanks a lot.

I think they should tell that they are going to donate kidney.
