Visitor Visa question

I am from Peru. I have a B2 visa (on my passport it says ("Type B1/Class B2") that was issued in 01/31/03 and that expired in 04/29/03. I am now part owner of a restaurant in Miami and would like to know how I can extend my stay here in the U.S. What is the best way to go about this?

Are you still staying in US? If yes, you are staying illegally.

And there is no legal way to extend your stay.
