need to convert b1/b2 to an h1 urgently need advice

I need to get advice on converting my B1 to an H1. I have found an employer who is willing to sponsor me immediately but neither he or I have any experience. Is there some where where I can get a one time free consultation to see if this is even possible and then decide to hire an attorney.

Please this is very urgent.
