PROPERTY Estimate letter from chartered accountant

Is the property estimate certificate from CA essential even though if we are carrying the Original Property Papers for visa interview??????

Can anyone please send me a sample property estimate letter that we need to obtain from a chartered accountant for the houses that my mom owns as she is going visitor visa stamping early next month.Please reply as it is very very urgent.

yes a CA letter is sufficient.
Immihelp has a good format which can be attested by a CA and also he can add his statement. But yes CA statement is good enough

I could not find a sample letter format from chartered accountant for property estimate. Can someone please tell me where I can find it.

I used my own format sometime back and I was successful getting a
B1/B2;

Asset statement for --------name(s) of applicant(s)

Immovable assets.

property... name..address approx. market value

2. Fixed deposits a/c no. bank name
address
3. Equity details;

Verification; I have verified the above information with the original
