With regard B1/B2 visa expiring in the u.s.

I would be taking my travel out to the u.s. on the 5th of april,2005 where my visa expires on the 12th of apr,2005.Will it be an issue if the visa expires while am in the u.s. and is it legal to take my travel out on the 5th april in spite of knowing that my visa will be expiring on the 12 of april,2005.Will the immigration officer at the POE have a problem with this and how many days will he grant me the stay in the U.S for the B1/B2 visa for business?

You can travel into US at any time before Apr 12.

Duration of actual stay will be determined at port of entry by officer.
