I-134 Question, please help

My husband is sponsoring my parents for visitor visa. And he sponsored his parents before. So, on question 9 on I-134, for the Date Submitted, do we have to mention the date my in-laws went for interview or is it the date my husband signed the forms? We do not remember the exact date when he submitted the form, can we give an approximate date?

Any help is appreciated. It is urgent, please help.

That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s).
Name Date Submitted


Can someone please make it clear to me what Date Submitted means?
Is it the date the affidavit of support was signed or the date of interview? And is it ok if we can give an approximate date?
