B2 - question on I-134

Hi all,

I'm new in here. I am a US Citizen and my spouse is a Green card holder expired 12/2011. I would like to sponsor my parents-in-law to visit us for our new born baby due end of July 2011. My parents-in-law are planning to visit for a month in August. I'm confuse in line #9 and #10 of form I-134.

Line #9 asked if I have previously submitted affidavit of support for the following person? In 2009 i had filed I-134 for a K-1 for my spouse. Do I need to put her name here and also noted that she is currently living here in US?

Line #10 asked if i have submitted visa petition to USIC on behalf of the following person? In this question yes because I used to file a K-1 for my spouse.

Please help me in #9 and 10. Or should it be None for both 9 and 10?

If you are filling the form for in-laws, they are the 'following persons'. Whatever you submitted for your wife does not apply there.
