Hi
I am filling up DS-160 form for my mother. in the personal informations section. we need to provide surname and first Name. But in her passprot there is no surname, only first name is available.
Pleas let me know what should I put in the sirname filed?.... there is a instaruction to put "FNU" if first name is not available... but there is no option for it in sirname filed.
Also, in the travel companion section, Is it good to mention my name OR blank as I am going to INDIA and acccompany her to US. pls suggest.
