My brother is a Permanent Resident of Sweden and he is working there. I live in Portland, Oregon, (US). I would like to sponsor a Tourist Visa for my brother to spend some time with us for a vacation. Would you be able to provide some guidelines on how to sponsor, documents needed and most of all, is it even possible to get a US Tourist Visa for a Sweden Resident ?
