Visitor visa appointment date

My mother's visa got rejected twice. Now we are going to apply for her along with my father. But i got the interview date only on July. If some one cancles the appointment it goes to the common pool. But when ever I login to see any available earlier dates I couldnt find any. If some one wants to cancel the appointment can you please email me to [email protected] with the specified time you will be canceling, So that I can also longin at the same time to get that date.
