My Mother had an appointment in Chennai US consulate for B1 visa on Feb/09/2005. She had overstayed during her last visit, however with INS 's permission. During her application this time for B1 visa she was denied. There was no rejection form handed to her. The last page of passport has stamp Application received and her previous visa stamps were stricken out as CWOP( in red color ink).
Please advice us if
a)She missed out collecting the visa application rejection form...we cannot make out under what clause she was rejected (221(g) etc.) How do we find out on what ground she was rejected?
b)We could re-apply and what are the additional steps/documents we should take this time?
c)What does the CWOP mean? Do they always cancel the previous visas
