Parents Completing 10 Yrs on B2 Tourist Visa. How to renew it?

Hi,

Parents are about to complete 10 years on their tourist visa (B2) for USA.
Do you know what is the process to apply for extending this visa? Can it be applied before they complete 10 years? What all documents are needed for parents and for sponor? Is there any link on which I can find the details?

There is no renewal.

They will have to apply all over again, fresh.
