My father is re-applying for visitor visa to USA. His visa was rejected once last year due to inability to show social ties in India.

He would be including his property documents and bank assets etc.We were thinking of adding a letter from my brother's company as well where my brother would take guarantee that my father would return to India. Also this would make it clear that he has a son in India.

Do you think this is a good idea and would help at the interview?

We are just trying to include supporting documents which would convince the officer that my dad has every intention to return to India.

Is there some way to show that he has a son in India? There was no way we could mention this in the application.
