Visitor VISA- travel companion

Hi

I am applying B2 VISA for my mother to visit USA. Since she can't travel alone. I am planning to travel to IND and accompany her to US.

While filling the DS-160 Application. IN the "Travel companio section". Should I have to put my name??. Will this affect the VISA process???

Since I am inviting her to US to VISIT me.......... does she have to mention that I am coming to INDIA to accompany her in the VISA interview??

Please let me know.
