Got Visitor Visa but

Hi,

I applied for visitor visa for my parents in 2005 and got the visa for 10 years for both of them.

couple of weeks back my mom lost her passport. we will be applying for duplicate passport. But for visitor visa, do we need to reapply afresh or
is there a way we can get it restamped through US embassy?
