Query on Interview Scheduling & sponsorship - H4 & B2 applicants in single group

Hi

I am in US on H1 since Feb this year. I have plans to bring my family ( Spouce & 2 children under 3 yrs) by end of April. Since My children are small, I have asked my parents to accompany them on B2 visa. In the DS-160 for each applicant, I have mentioned the name of my family members in the <other accompanying people> field.
However I have the following few queries and would be greatfull if anybody out there can help me with these.

1> Can I schedule all their interviews together? ( i.e My family on H4 & Parents on B2)
2> In the form DS-160, there is a question " Who is paying for the trip?". What is the significance of this question? In my case I have transferred the required amount to my wifes account and she would be doing all the ticketing through her credit card / cash with a local travel agent. In this case what should I fill up , SELF or my details ?
3> I have yet not moved to any appartment and I am staying in Homestead Studios. Infact my H1 is based on this address where I just mentioned the street number. Is it OK if I go ahead with the same address for the above mentioned visa applications?

I would really appreciate if anybody can help me with the above queries

1. No. One appointment for H4 and another for B2.
2. The consulate needs to make sure that the funds are available to travel to and during the stay in the U.S.
In this case, you would be paying for the trip.
