Dear Sir/Ma'am,


Please help in clarifying our query.


Me and my wife have a B2 visa for ten years.
My wife was in US last year and exited in Sept'10 and I visited US in 2009. Now me and my wife want to visit US in march for a month and we again want to go to US in May for 3 months.


As per law can we visit US again in May ? if not then what sort of permission is needed and from where ?
