Visa Expiring in May 2011 / I94 valid till 2013

My L1 Visa is expiring in May 2011, but my I-94 is valid till Sept 2013. Can I process visitors visa for my parents. Will there be any issues since my Visa is expiring. My advance thanks for your response.

Hi,
my visa and i-94 are expiring in Jun and my employer is going to file the for the extension soon.
Can I still have my parent's interview arranged in April? Is it required to have the i-94 extended before the interview?
Do they need to carry any related documentation as a proof of the extension application?

Your parents have their own application, all you are doing is providing funds and a reason for their trip. Your I-94 has little to do with their Visa application. But, it is good to have extended I-94 available.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I was thinking will they question, "If your son/daughter wont stay there during your visit, how can he support financially"?

Are you not going to stay there? They should answer truthfully that our son is in the process of getting extension and we will stay with him during the trip.
