extend Tourism Visa

Hi,

I am in USA,for turism,and i supose go back Portugal,last 20 March.the problem is i have been sick sincemarch 11 march,than i get worse and i went emergency hospital march 19,and stay there for 2 days.At this moment i am my freind home,and i must go doctor april 31 to he check how i am.how can i aply for extenc visa?

I have all papers from hospital.qhere can i go to aply for that?
