B2 visa for 10yr old

Hi,
Am applying for Visitor visa for my 10 yr old son. I already have a B1/B2 from my previous company. My question is - what are the documents that I need to carry for his interview ? And should I inform the VFS that I will be assisting my son during the interview ? Am I allowed to answer for him ?
