Got Visa to my In-Laws - Mumbai Consulate

Hi guys,

Got Visa to my In-Laws in Mumbai Consulate this month. Nothing special was asked ,just 2 questions to my father-in-law:
1. who stays in US ?
2. Where are you going?

Though we gave them quite a good collection of queries to by-heart, but luckily nothing much was asked.
My gut feeling is that...because of showing enough paper work about properties etc. they might have got it.
And also my Father -in-law has some health problems and he needs always assistance with him.
And one noteworthy thing ....people in consulate were quite co-operative to my in-laws.

Need advice

Congratulations for getting visa for your in-laws.

My parents went to mumbai consulate on Mar 17 and they were denied visa without even looking at any documents or asking questions.All they were asked is who is in US, what does he do and which company?

You mentioned about lot of properties documents. Did your in-laws actually showed them the documents? For my parents, they were not even provided opportunity to give any documents.

Please advice.
