my indian boyfriend visiting, not as fiance, we arent ready for that yet

Please help me with my question.
my boyfreind from india wants to visit here on a visitor visa.
while it is true we may someday get married, we were thinking of maybe 3 years from now when my daughter graduates from high school.

He is unemployed in india but tied there to take care of his parents at this time and is not interested in settling the USA.

how can we best convey to the officer that i will support his trip, but allay their fears that he may marry me and stay here.....
i have visited him in india for one month 2 years back and 2 months last year

is this an impossible situation?

He has very less chances of getting visa.

He is unemployed and he is your boyfriend. It will definitely be assumed that he is coming to the U.S. to get married to you.
