Exit Date not mentioned in I94

My In law's came to USA through New York(Port Of Entry) to Boston on Mar 29th 2011. In Port of Entry they haven't mentioned exit date in I-94. I need to know what or whom should i contact for getting this cleared. Do i need to take them to New York to get this cleared or can i take them to Boston to get this cleared. Please let me know on this ASAP.

Please go to the nearest CBP office and approach deferred inspection department and tell the problem. They will endorse the date and issue a I 94 card.
They had done it to me but in my case the year was mentioned wrongly.
