hi everyone
i am totally panicky as just after i took the date of visa interview ,the confirmation appeared that your interview is on 18th april 10.45 am at delhi us embassy after that i have tried 100 times to download the cofirmed interview letter but below my name and passport no. no download link is appearing .The space where links of interview letter ,guidance sheet is to be given is totally blank
plz need urgent help .....without interview letter i cant go for the intw when i try to rebook an appointment it showed that your appointment is already fixed so download it.
plz help intw in a short time

Also, make sure that your computer is not a problem. Try from some other computer.

i have tried from 4 different computers yet no download link of visa interview letter is seen
vfs helpdesk will open on monday so i ll call them tomorrow

Can you tell me what did you do... I am under the same situation and I don't know what to do? I can;t see the 'Download Interview Letter' link on the VFS site and I cannot go for the interview without the letter.

You help will be greatly appreciated.

Can't download VFS interview appointment letter

Please see the message below:

The receipt details entered by you do not have any details saved against it. This could be due to the following reasons
a. You have saved the application forms 7 days prior and have not scheduled a confirmed appointment.
b. You have deleted the application forms.
If you wish to schedule an appointment, kindly go to the home page, click on

I got the above error message while trying to download VFS interview appointment letter. I have got a message of date confirmation on 02-MAR-2012 while I fixed the appointment today (18-FEB-2012) and completed my DS-160 (me & my wife) today (18-FEB-2012). But no link to download appointment letters and guidelines.

So I came back to the page where I started making the appointment and found a link called "download appointment letter" , but after providing the necessary data, I got the above error message.

Does this mean I must take a date within 7 days of filling-up DS 160 ???

But how this is possible, I got a confirmation message from VFS system, that my appointment date is scheduled on 02-MAR-2012.

Please help as you can see its damn urgent.
