Hello all, my sister plans on visiting me along with my parents during the summer. She has no intention of staying here. She is solely coming for the purpose of visiting my brother and me. My parents already have a 10 year multiple visa, but my sister does not and she needs to apply for one.
My concern is for the fact that myself (employed) and my brother (doing his MBA and completed his BS in us) are both in the US and my sister just completed her B.S. from India, could this situation lead to denying her a visa? A dirty way of not revealing this to the immigration officier is by not stating about my brother and I in the forms my sister will have to fill. Is this a good idea?
I would like to hear from people in similar situation and what they did to mitigate the risk of visa rejection. In addition, will a letter of any kind help her situation?
Help required urgently.
Thank you all for reading this.
