Visa for unemployed brother

Along with my parents , want to get my younger brother to visit me in the u.s (who is mentally disabled and hence unemployed). All of them appearing together for the visa interview @ madras.

Regarding this, my questions to you are

- What is the probability of brother getting the visa , and my parents?
- Is there any additional documentation to be given along with brother's docs apart from regualr docs mentioned in immihelp
- welcome any input from anyone with similar experiences
