Reprint DS156

I filled up the online DS 156 form but could not save it and print it.
Can I reprint the application? Or do I need to fill it up again?

My father filled up DS 156 for tourist Visa. is that the correct form?
He is an Indian citizen but is currently working in Indonesia

DS-156 is no longer used. You need to use DS-160.

Reprint Issue

Actually I used DS-160 for my mother and did not save/print it. I got confirmation page. How can I print my application?
