Change of date for visa as well the consulate forB1/B2 Visa

I want to know whether we could change the Visiting Visa appointment from one consulate to other . It is indicated that we can change the date of appointemnt but not clear if we want to change the date as well the Consulate where we want to take the interview by using the same DS160 form.
Pl inform me the status and procedure.
