USA Visa for Canadian Parents ??

Dear Sir,

We are a Canadian citizen and sponsoring my parents to visit me in Canada, They already have Canada (Multiple) Visa. I would like them to visit couple of places in U.S, so I would like them to apply for US visa from India. Can you please guide me what’s need to be done.
Most of the documents which are to be submitted are for Residents of USA & I am not.
Please let me know ASAP. Appreciate your help.
