Different Language for Mom and Sister

Hi,

I live in USA with my husband and my husband is sponsoring my mom and sister who is unmarried and is Assistant professor in a college. My sister can speak english but my mom cannot, while taking the date of appointment for visa it shows same language for both the members, what language should i select?
1 ) If i choose Hindi, both mom and sister understand and speak but i think for my sister it will be better to give interview in english for better communication and impression for tourism purpose.
2) If i chose English , my mom is expected to converse in english?

You can select English for both. Your sister can translate for your mother.

Otherwise, you can select local language for both.
