  • sister's sponsorship

    Hi,
I want to invite my sister, and her family here on a vacation of 2-3 weeks. My sister's husband already has a visa as he was here in relation to a company project a few months ago. So I need to send the documents for my sister and her 2 kids.
My question then is, should I indicate that I will be sposoring my sister's visa or should she say that she will be sponsoring her own vacation? My sister and her family are well settled in dubai.
I don't have a big balance here in the USA, and I earn 52500 pa. I live in New York.
I know there is no right or wrong answer for this but any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. [email protected]

If they can show that they can take care of their expenses for visiting the U.S., it is best to do it like that.

          Thanks

Thanks immi for your response. I also had a few more questions:
          1) is it necessary to mention the month of arrival and expected duration of stay?
          2) is it necessary to mention my salary?
