Visitor visa for my father

Hello,

I am giving the below scenario pls help me to know the procedure for my father.


1> I have reached us on 9th april 2009 with L1-B and have sal as 76K$
2> I am interested to bring my father by next 1month.
3> I have salary account in us but this has opened in current month , I can max show 4000$ after a month.
4> my father has no it proof to show him as independent sponser.

Let me know if I can sponser him , I have money in India and can show that and I do have IT return for last 3 yrs but I reached US only on current month and planning to bring my father on next month i do not have any account in Us earlier.

pls guide.

Hi,

Sorry for confusions, I meant for 9th april 2011.

so by end of may I can max show 3,500$ in my acc and I need to bring my father (in b2)with my kid (kid already have l2)as my kid is alone and only 2yr and mu hubby can not join me now so I am asking my father to join me with my kid. can i say this reason while asking for b2 to imigration.

I need my father's b2 visa so that he can bring my baby asap.

any info will help.
