Question On Ds-156 - Urgent

Hi,

1.In the question no. 14 for National Identification number for indian nationals , the immihelp website says leave it blank, but the general form filling guidelines says that we should not leave anything blank, if it is not applicable we should type NONE or NIL . So what should I do?????


2. I took the DS-156 and I-134 fillable form from immihelp website as the original form in the consulate website was not editable.
Will this pose a problem in rejecting the form?????


Please help urgent.

1. put in NIL or NONE...dont use N/A
2. I took the both DS 156 and i 134 from Immihelp webiste only..no harm in doing so. But make sure your DS 156 is a back to back form. You can make I 134 as back to back also, though it is not compulsory.
