My Parents visa rejected under 214(b)...

Can you please provide some information on:

1. Is it ok to re-apply with-in a month... any pros and cons for replying with-in short time?
2. Is it ok to submit “Consulate Letter” with visa document before interview (Mumbai) or @ the time of Interview.

Consulate Letter

I am curious to know what is Consulate letter. My mother is going for a Visa Interview in couple of weeks and want to know, if I can prepare it ahead of time.

Thank you so much for immihelp--> Forum and to those people who shared their queries and interview experience, I was visiting this site from last one month after my parents visa rejected...

It helped me a lot for next time visa interview, I reapplied within a month and we got visa for both my parents and my in-law...

As per my analysis, VO ask same group of questions to every visitor, there is no dependency with previous visa rejection.

below things you have to take care in the interview:

1. We are going for visitor visa, do not afraid for interview, just answer honestly.
2. Attention, Focus
3. Provide detailed answer and try to convey the message that you are going only for tourism.
4. Provide your dependency, ties in home country for that you will be (sure) returning back.

You have to convey your message into the answer of your questions.

don't frustrate for the rejection, take some mock interview so that you will get some confidence.
