Hi,
I’ve successfully entered person 1 information and printed the confirmation number and everything. We submitted the person 1 information with signature. After that, it gave me the link to enter the person 2 information. When I was entering the person 2 information, timed out.
The file I’ve saved was the person 1 info at way beginning. I didn’t save the file after completion. When I try to retrieve the application with application id or saved file, its asking from the beginning of person 1 info. Can you please tell me how I can enter the person 2 information and get the appointment for both of them same time? I really appreciate your help. I will be waiting for your response.
