Visiting US from Canada

Hi,

My brother is coming over to Canada for his education. He has a valid US tourist visa which is valid for next 10 yrs. My question is, can he visit US with on the tourist visa that was obtained from India or does he have to apply for a seperate Tourist visa from Canada?

He can use the same visa.
