Hi,
I have a question about items 9 and 10 for I-134, affidavit of support.
I am working on paperwork to renew my parents' visitor visa which is about to expire.
About 9: I had submitted affidavit of support for my parents (10 years ago) and in-laws (more than 5 years ago).
Do I need to mention these under 'I have previously submitted affidavit of support'?
About 10: Earlier my parents and in-laws had been to the consulate. I had sent them just the supporting document. In that case, is it me who had filed the petition for them? Or is it them who filed the petition for themselves? Again, this was more than 5 years ago.
