hi,
i have a valid h1-b visa..its valid upto dec 2012..but my i-94 is valid upto oct 2011...how can i extend my i-94..please i need an answer..

What is the reason for shorter I-94? Does your passport expire in 2011?

yes,my passport expiration date is oct 2011..but now i have renewed my passport..but how can i extend my i-94..is there any procedure..

First try to visit a CBP deferred inspection post at the nearest international airport and check if they can extend it.
If that does not work your employer will need to file petition amendment to extend your status and when approved it will come with a new I-94. Alternatively, you can leave the US and return with the same visa, petition and new passport to get a new I-94.
