My parents visitor Visa was rejected today, feels awful, can't figure out the reason, none document was asked , only a few set of questions. The officer rejected all four couple's visa who where ahead of my parents in the queue and parents was the 5th rejection at the Mumbai consulate.
Me and my brother are both in USA, I graduated last year currently on OPT and brother's graduation was the reason we wanted them to invite to. My sister is in India working as Software Engineering. Both me n my sis are married.
VO officer: why do you want to go to USA?
Dad: for tourism and to attend my Son's graduation ceremony.
VO Officer: what is your son doing?
Dad: Master's in ----- @ ------- University.
VO Officer: what do you do? how much you earn?
Dad: Government officer so and so post, I earn ---- (my father draws a descent salary)
VO Officer to Mom: What do you do? and how much you earn?
Mom: I am a teacher teach so n so @ so n so and I earn so and so ( my mom's income can be considered as nominal or low So she had shown my father as her sponsor)
VO Officer: How many children you have? Are any married?
Mom:Three, two daughters and one son, both daughter's are married.
VO officer to dad: you have 2 children in the USA? When did they last come to India?
Dad : answered truthfully for so n so dates (my brother had recently been to India n its been more than 2 years for me)
VO Officer: Who paid for their education?
Dad: it was partially paid through my savings and partially by loans from financial institutions.
VO Officer: Sorry due to Immigrations rules by the USA, I cannot give you visa this time.
Please give me with the analysis on what must be the reason for rejection? and Should they apply immediately second time before his graduation date that is 20th May or should wait more?
