I have my H1(sponsored by office) visa interview on 21st of this month. I plan to take my parents and son(3yrs age) along for my trip planned for 2 months. My parents+son have their family interview slot on 25th for B2(tourist visa).
I ahve foll questions:
1. since my son is a minor can I go along with parents+son
2. I have mentioned my parents as self sponsors. For my son - I have put myself as the sponsor. Is this ok ?
If yes, what are the supporing documents that I should provide?should I provide my petition copy(since visa copy would not have reached me by then)
3. My parents and son plan to have 3 seperate files with a cover letter each Will it lead to any questions from officer, if I mention in the cover letter that I will be on H1 and they will accompany me to travel USA?
