Urgent help needed

I have one query which is a unique case in itself. Please help me with this.

Here is the situation:

My mother wants to go for US visitors visa (B2). The problem is coming while filling DS-160 form in the "place of birth" section.

In her old (expired) passport, her place of birth is written as "SARGODHA PAKISTAN", while in her new passport, it is written as "UNDIVIDED INDIA".

Now, in DS-160 form, what should be written for the following:

1) City of Birth
2) State/province of birth
3) Country of birth


Request you to help me with this urgently.

Did you get an answer to this question as I am also filling DS 160 for my father and want to fill something similar.

Did you get an answer to this question as I am also filling DS 160 for my father and want to fill something similar.

I'm trying to file for my father with exactly the same condition. Can you please let me know what needs to be populated to fill it correctly?
