Hi,
I have stayed in US before for 3 yrs 8 months total, on F1 (student visa) and then H1 (work visa).
I had resigned and moved back to India for family reasons.
I am currently working with an MNC, have invested money towards buying a flat here.
I now want visit my friends and family in US for 2-3 weeks. An American family would be sending the sponsorship letter.
I have never overstayed on any of my previous visas.
It is famous that unmarried women do not get tourist Visas. Can any one give an insight? Share their experience and show some hope that it is indeed possible to get a tourist visa? And what happens if it gets rejected? Does it totally hamper the chances of getting any other US visa again?
I will appreciate your response!
Thanks,
Neeta
