Interview dates not available at Mumbai consulate

I am relentlessly checking for interview dates for my parents at Mumbai Consulate since last 2 weeks. Getting a message stating
"Please note that this is a busy season for travel to the U.S. and because of a very large volume of applicants scheduling appointments at this time, dates are quickly getting filled."

I can see dates available for other consulates but Mumbai. I would appreciate, if some one can help to know at exact what time (EST/CST/IST) the dates are opened by Mumbai consulate.

One thing is there, that if you select HIndi/Marathi it is more difficult to get appointments.

You have to keep checking again and again for the Mumbai consulate. . no1 seems to be getting the slots there. . very heavy rush !
