Can i apply for a visitor visa for purpose of tourism in packaged tour to USA with my two kids and wife?
I was granted permanent residency visa in 1983 on P5 category. I never stayed more than 1 year or worked in USA. In 1993 when i arrived at Atlanta airport I was paroled by an immigration officer for determination of abandonment of my permanent residency status due to excessive absences from USA. I left USA before i was served any notice for any exclusion proceedings and was not subjected to court proceedings. Later on i came to know that i was excluded by a judge in atlanta.
I never applied for any visa after that. Now I want to visit USA only as a tourist. I've lot of real estate property in India which i primarily manage as my profession.
Pl. let me know what are my chances of getting a visitor Visa.
