Hi,
Thanks a lot for the reply for my previous question.

My parents having interview on monday and has a translator.

My dad is rtd doc and my mom a house wife.We have a medical store and my mom is the proprietor(but dad takes care of tht store).My dad does private practice too.I had filled the form stating that my mom's occupation as the proprietor of the shop.So will there be lotsa questions regarding the bussiness to my mom? Coz dad is the one who takes care of tht even though its in my mom's name.

Eventhough both of them understand english i insisted on keeping the translator.So wil they think how do they run buss not even knowing english???

Whether they will ask questions about business or not really depends. And anyway, your mother should have some basic knowledge of how business is run, at a high level. If not, prepare her accordingly.

It's ok to ask for translator. Doctors and pharmacists in India obviously know English. But may not be fluent in spoken English, particularly understanding American accent, as it is not really required in day to day operations of business. Reading medicine names and sentences may be enough in business.
