I am new to this forum. Must say an excellent website indeed. Keep up the good work.
My inlaws who fall under Chennai jurisdiction went to Calcutta due to non availability of dates in Chennai in march.
In calcutta not even one document was seen and they were rejected for no reason at all. I noticed a previous post with the same problem. I think if you dont fall under their jurisdiction they dont even accept your application and can be so rude.
Ok coming to the point , luckily my inlaws again managed to get a slot for chennai for april 04 itself. they attended calcutta interview in march 05.
now when they go to calcutta what are the things they have to keep in mind.
Immihelp or anybody else please help.
Are there chances of a rejection again as they just got rejected in calcutta or will the consular officer in Chennai listen to their case and then decide.
they only want to come here for 1 month and the DS 156 form also says the same.
Any tips will help please.
Also immihelp if a person is rejected recently can they attend another interview in a span of 20-25 days time? your previous answer to someone was yer but please clarify.
