Hi,
This is my third attempt to apply for my parents tourist visa. First two times when my dad submitted the application packet at Mumbai office, we didn't receive any automatically generated email notifications for the processed visa applications. However, this time we received some email from the vfshelpline. I am totally confused and clueless about it. Please advise. Details of the email are as follows:
