I want to invite my parents, sister and brother to the US for vacation. I am working in the US and my Husband too is working. Looks like the case will be strong if I invite my parents instead of my husband inviting his in-laws. However, I have recently started working and don't have good balance to show in my bank accounts yet. I have couple of questions on this:
1. Can me and my husband invite jointly to my parents?
2. Should my parents, sister and brother go for the visa interview together? Could there be a chance that my parents visa also gets rejected bcoz my sister and brother are young and not earning as well? in that case should I send separate invites for my parents?
3. My sister usually does not keep well so are there chances of her visa getting rejected straight away?
4. Whenever a visa is granted is the B2 visa valid for 10 years where a person can stay maximum for 6 months at one point of time in the US?
