US visitor visa for parents - Req docs

Hi,

I am planning to take B2 visa for my parents. I am on H1B and in US for about 4 years. My dad was doing business and retired from it long back. Now he doing business consultancy rarely and also doing religious activities like running a small church. My mom is a house wife. My sister's family is in India.

Wanted to know what support documents are required in this case for showing their ties to India. Also my dad doesn't have any property on his name. Can you please guide me on this.
