Hi .
I am applying visitor visa for my parents but my father had green card and got expired in 2008. He was in US for 1year in 1998 and worked here for few months and returned back to India for family exceptions and didnt want to stay in US .He was retired in 2008.My mother didnt had greencard anytime . I am on my H1-B working here and want my parents visit me on visitor visa . In DS 160 there is field asking if you have been to US any time .I am filling the DS form and giving all details like my father SSN , visa issued date including driving license which he had long before when he came . My concern is though my father was not at all interested to stay in US on permanent basis and returned india ,do I still need to fill his ssn,drivers license details which making me concern that the VO may think he is an potential immigrant and reject the visitor visa . Please advice on how to proceed with visitor visa in this case...plsssss help..
